The atmosphere of Noche will surely lure in any social night owl. Oftentimes, when you visit a “Tapas Bar” its either a bar that serves two tapas or a restaurant with one drink special, but this is not the case with Noche. The layout of the restaurant features a nice interior dining space and an equally appeal outside space. Summer nights at Noche will find even the most cold hearted person warming up a bit. They also have a nice separate bar area for those who have venture in just for the drink specials.

Noche Tequila and Tapas Bar, Bar Area
At Noche, you can expect tapas that follow the Spanish and Basque traditions. They offer a wide selection of topics. If you stop by on Monday nights you can feel free to sample any of the tacos offered at Noche for you $2, with the exception of the lobster taco. Don’t let the lack of lobster discourage you. There are still plenty of other great tacos to try like the Trailer Park Taco, which comes with fried chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, and queso. For those who hunger for something a little more on the health conscious side try the shrimp taco with roast corn and black bean salsa and chipotle aioli.

If you have vegetarian or vegan friends, Noche just might be the best place for you to all hang out. They offer multiple Vegetarian options like a Grilled Veggie Taco with black beans, spinach and charred tomato salsa or the Fried Green Tomatoes Tapa that comes with a Cholula remoulade and manchego.
In order to enjoy more than just tacos at Noche, you should try stopping by on Wednesday or Thursday nights. The special for the day is a beloved happy hour from 4:00 till 6:15 where all tapas are half price. This would be the perfect chance to sample the Southwestern Chili Spice Seared Scallops with saffron rice and wilted spinach. The Albondigas at Noche are also one of a kind. I’d never even heard of them until I walked through the door. It’s a Spanish style meatball made from chorizo and ground beef that comes in a guajillo tomato broth.
