Atlanta Johns Creek
Worried that it was another Tijuana Joe’s (bland) or Moe’s (bland) or Barberitos (bland), I avoided it for a while. I had been disappointed by bad Mexican food in Atlanta too many times to go down that road again, so I’m not sure how anyone dragged me into Chepe’s and forced me to eat there, but I’m sure glad they did.

If you have ever craved Mexican food, you know that finding a good restaurant that serves Mexican food can be a hit or miss search. It is so hard to find authentic Mexican food versus the Americanized Tex-Mex cuisine that we see so often nowadays. However, if you are really looking for that Mexican food experience, you need not look any further. Adobo Taqueria and Tequila Bar has the absolute best Mexican Cuisine in the More >>
Although Zen Fuji combines three of my favorite things - Chinese takeout, Thai food, and sushi – the culmination of these things at this restaurant has proven time and again to be disappointing. Their atmosphere is wonderful, and when you first walk in the door you feel as though your dining experience will be wonderful as well. But a great atmosphere simply cannot make up for poorly executed food and impersonal service, especially ... More >>
The Egg Harbor Cafe is proof that Atlanta’s metropolitan area knows no bounds, and neither does the menu at Egg Harbor Cafe in Johns Creek. This is one restaurant at which everyone, and I mean everyone, will be able to find something they like. We were greeted in a hearty, albeit sincere, manner and gazed at the charming egg-themed decor on the way to our table. The old fashioned farm signs and chicken figures are all different and do give you something interesting to look at while you&rsqu... More >>

Their Argentine influence is present in their food and décor; when dining, you feel as though you have been transported to another world! In May of 2011, Pampas was voted as “The Best Food in Georgia”, and they followed that up with the #1 Steak in GA in June of the same year. Although more expensive,... More >>

From the multitude of Thai-style restaurants there are in the Atlanta area, it can be hard to narrow it down to which one to go to. My word of advice would be to try Chabathai: easily my best Thai dining experience in the Atlanta area. Not only is their staff friendly and very helpful if you’re not well-versed in the Thai cuisine, but their food is to die for. With a wide range of styles ranging from mild to extremely spicy, there is something for everyone at Chabathai.
