Z Pizza is Pizza joint with a difference serving Organic wheat crusted pizzas and Organic gluten free pizzas. There pizzas are made with 100% organic wheat and tomato sauce. Our main reason to visit Z pizza was for their Gluten Free pizza since our daughter suffers from severe wheat and Egg allergies.

The Gluten free crust is made with rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil and seasonings. It was chewy and delicious with organic Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. They are quite aware of cross contamination issues and the gluten free pizza is baked in a separate covered pan at the other end of the oven. Meanwhile we got to enjoy the California Pizza made with all organic ingredients and it was quite delicious too.

Z pizza also has variety of salads like California, Arugula, Greek, chicken, Pear and Gorgonzola with variety of dressings. Their Pastas like Penne with Meatballs and Chicken Penne pesto and Meat Calzones are really worth the try. Z pizza serves variety of pizzas like Santee, Mexican, Tuscan, Thai and even Vegan Pizza with Vegan cheese which we thought was so unique.

Our experience with Z pizza was really good considering the Delicious Gluten free pizza our daughter enjoyed and the subtle ambience of the pizza joint itself that we could enjoy the food in our own way. We went to their joint at Windward parkway which was quite near to the highway, and they are located besides the star bucks.
