Indonesian Restaurants in Atlanta

Trader Vic's
Trader Vic's has brought its exotic flair to downtown's Hilton Atlanta. Bamboo dominates the walls and furnishings, producing the intriguing effect of hut dining in a South Seas village. The casual bar is a great place to grab a drink or wait for your table; Mai Tais are the house favorite. The menu features international flavors with island undertones and many Polynesian specialties. The Indonesian lamb is an unforgettable feast, or try the Polynesian ginger chicken, cooked in a Chinese wood-burning oven. Visit their website for Mai Tai Bar information and locations worldwide.

Rose of India
Petite in size and simple in decor, Rose of India impresses with its startlingly authentic quality. With so many entrees to choose from you will want to try them all, and you just might, as the dishes are all very reasonably priced. Try the Garlic Naan Bread, the Lamb Vindaloo and the Onion Bhajee-all of them cause patrons to gush with praise. Also the Paneer Makanvala and the Chicken Tikka Masala have both been labeled as favorites. Although most dishes qualify as "mild" on the spicy meter, they still please the palate.
