At Mina's Place, you'll not only eat well, but learn a lot about African cuisine in the process. The staff here allows guests to sample small items in order to find something that tempts your palate. Whether it's chubby fufu (a giant ball of yam paste ladled with gravy) or fried plantain and brown rice, it's hard to go wrong when you try everything first. The traditionally spicy West African menu has been toned down a bit to accommodate western palates. After 10pm, the Mina’s transforms into a lively, casual nightclub. The restaurant is open Saturday thru Sunday at 12pm.
